As a Supply Team Leader, you will:

- Manage a team: recruit, onboard, coordinate, develop team members, allocate resources and drive performance
- Be responsible for relations with suppliers on procurement issues
- Oversee the supply and flow of components
- Oversee the level and coverage of physical stocks as well as the consistency of the data in the ERP
- Implement and improve the processes and methodologies necessary to meet the objectives of your team
- Lead the continuous improvement of the department in agreement with Global teams
- Any other task relevant to the position or scope

Requirements

- Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement, preferably in an industrial environment
- Team management experience with the ability to lead and develop people
- Strong knowledge of procurement, supply planning and inventory management
- Experience working with ERP systems and data analysis tools
- Fluent English with the ability to collaborate with international teams and suppliers
