Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant (Freelance)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Freelance Consultant to support our clients through high-impact missions.
As an external expert, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments across organizations of all sizes and sectors - public, private, industry, services, nonprofit, and more.

You will have the opportunity to work on both long-term strategic projects and shorter, more targeted assignments, depending on your expertise and availability. Long-Term Assignments & Diverse Projects

Your Role

You will collaborate directly with business and IT teams to transform their Digital Workplace:

Design and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions: SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Power Platform.
Act as a expert for migration, integration, and modernization projects.
Gather and analyze business needs, translate them into concrete technical solutions, and produce clear technical documentation.
Ensure security, compliance, and governance best practices.
Lead workshops, training sessions, and adoption programs.
Provide expert guidance and troubleshoot complex issues independently.
Collaborate closely with our internal teams while keeping full freelance flexibility.

What You Bring

5+ years of proven experience in Microsoft 365 consulting and project delivery.
Expertise in one or more domains: SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, Exchange Online, Security & Compliance, Powershell.
Experience with migrations to Microsoft 365.
Strong knowledge of identity, security, and governance concepts.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Microsoft certifications (MS100, MS700, MS900, PL200...) are highly valued.
Autonomy, reliability, and a desire to work on diverse and impactful assignments.
