3) Drive adoption with business teams
- Co-design interfaces, recommendations, and usage guidelines with business stakeholders
- Help ensure solutions are explainable, trusted, and maximize real-world impact
How we'll work together
- Agile team setup with regular rituals (stand-ups, technical syncs with ML Engineers, business touchpoints)
- Close mentoring with frequent check-ins to remove blockers quickly
- Strong international exposure: English is the working language
Your future tech environment
- Python (object-oriented programming)
- SQL / Snowflake (data transformation)
- Versioning dbt
- Cloud environment Azure
- APIs, data pipelines (ETL)
- Collaboration practices (Git/GitHub)
- Tools for apps/insights may include Streamlit / BI
What we're looking for
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school or master's program in Data Science (or equivalent), minimum Bac +4
- Strong foundations in statistics, probability, and machine learning
- Excellent Python skills (clean, structured code; OOP)
- Solid understanding of data ecosystems: ETL, APIs, SQL, storage concepts
- Ability to evaluate models (metrics, performance tracking, validation logic)
- Nice-to-have: Experience with GitHub, dbt, cloud environments, or industrialization practices
Soft skills that matter here
- Curious, rigorous, autonomous, proactive, and team-oriented
- Comfortable debating technical choices, integrating feedback, and improving iteratively
- Strong communication: able to explain technical work clearly to non-technical stakeholders and to work with various stakeholders (AI Team Data Scientists, Product Owners, Data Engineers and Machine Learning Engineers, global and local Business stakeholders across markets, ...).
Why join
- Work on enterprise-scale AI programs deployed across multiple markets
- Build real production experience: model lifecycle, retraining, codebase contribution, and adoption
- A role where technical excellence meets tangible business impact
