About the job :

We are looking for a Data Analytics Expert to design and implement a monitoring and analytics framework enabling proactive detection, analysis, and mitigation of traffic spikes, anomalies, and performance or cost risks across a large-scale web platform.

Environment:

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service, Cloudflare, Fastly CDN, Google Analytics 4, and Splunk (with potential evolution to Microsoft Fabric).

Responsibilities:

- Build unified dashboards correlating AEM, CDN, Cloudflare, and analytics data
- Configure proactive alerts (traffic spikes, anomalies, bot surges, abnormal API usage)
- Analyze logs and identify root causes of performance issues
- Recommend optimizations (caching, rate limiting, WAF rules, log enrichment)
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams

What we are looking for:

- Strong experience with AEM logs, Cloudflare, CDN behavior, and GA4
- Advanced skills in Splunk (SPL & dashboarding) or Microsoft Fabric / KQL
- Deep understanding of HTTP, caching, CDN architectures, and bot detection
- 5+ years in log analytics, observability, or enterprise web monitoring
- Autonomous, analytical, and able to translate data into actionable insights
