Senior Hardware Development Engineer H/F Scalian

What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies

- Minimum 6 years in hardware development roles, ideally within medical or high-reliability sectors.
- MSc in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Solid experience in analog and digital hardware design, including schematic capture, component selection, and PCB layout support.
- Proven ability in prototyping, testing, debugging, and circuit validation.
- Familiarity with schematic tools (OrCAD Capture CIS preferred; Altium experience is a plus).

Soft skills:

- Exceptional organizational skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable presenting technical solutions to customers and engaging in high-level discussions.

Languages:

- Italian (Fluent)
- English (fluent, oral and written)
