Job description

Within the Marketing Development Product team of LAB SERIES, located in Paris, your internship supervisor is the Global Product Manager.

In collaboration with the Marketing team, you will learn and be trained by participating in the following activities:

Participation in the development of new products from hero franchises, concepts and marketing campaigns, from conception to launch (product development, campaign development, internationalization strategies).
Participation in strategic recommendations related to the development of the marketing plan.
Contribute to range activation projects through the development of key messages and marketing support tools
Coordination with cross-functional teams (R&D, creative, digital, packaging, logistics) on activities related to product development.
Responsible for competitive intelligence, studies and qualitative/quantitative market analysis.
Support to the marketing team in day-to-day activities and requests.

## Qualifications

A business school student (or equivalent) with a strong interest in marketing, luxury and skincare
Curious, rigorous, proactive, organized, creative and autonomous
Comfortable managing several projects simultaneously in a constantly changing environment and collaborating with diverse teams
Enthusiastic and passionate about the beauty industry, eager to discover marketing challenges
Strong command of Pack Office and excellent English skills (written, spoken, read)
A first internship in marketing (experience in marketing development is a plus)
