Pernod Ricard is recruiting 2 Learning Apprentices within its Global Learning team, part of Global Talent Development.

Both roles offer strong exposure to strategic learning initiatives impacting ~18,000 employees worldwide and the opportunity to work in a highly digital, tech-enabled environment.

1. About our team

The Global Learning team designs and deploys programs that directly support the Group's strategy by building critical capabilities across the organization.

These programs include:

- Functional academies (Marketing, Sales, Supply, Procurement...), structured learning journeys combining expert-led sessions, curated resources, and scalable digital formats.
- Transversal programs focused on key priorities such as AI, Data, Corporate Culture and Sustainability.
- Mandatory learning (ethics, compliance, safety).
- Leadership curricula.

Our global learning ecosystem is powered by platforms such as Workday LMS, Degreed (Learning Hub), Coursera, and AI authoring tools

Formats range from virtual classrooms and in-person sessions to e-learning modules and MOOCs.

You will join a collaborative, international team interacting daily with learning partners, global functions, vendors, and stakeholders across all regions.

2. Shared responsibilities

Both apprentices will work closely together and support Learning Managers on high-visibility initiatives.

- Coordinate global program rollouts (session creation, enrollments, tracking, logistics).
- Ensure data quality and maintain dashboards
- Contribute to learning catalog updates and content lifecycle management.
- Support communication plans and produce engagement assets (posts, videos, updates).
- Collaborate with stakeholders and learning partners worldwide.
- Assist with program design workshops, content collection, and testing.
- Leverage digital tools and AI-powered solutions to enhance learning experiences.

Depending on priorities and individual strengths, responsibilities may evolve throughout the year.

3. Role 1-specific responsibilities : Learning Operations & Program Experience

This role sits at the heart of learning delivery and user experience, ensuring programs run smoothly at global scale.

- Manage sessions in the LMS: enrollments, attendance, invitations, pre-work, reminders.
- Publish e-learning modules (authoring tools, SCORM uploads)
- Monitor participation, completion rates, and KPIs; build reports and dashboards (Excel).
- Analyze survey feedback and prepare recommendations for stakeholders.
- Support the Learning & Development community (100 learning partners globally) through communications and monthly touchpoints.
- Contribute to the design of new programs - organize workshops, gather content, create modules and AI-powered videos.

This position blends operational rigor, stakeholder coordination, analytics, and content creation, providing a comprehensive view of corporate learning.

4. Role 2-specific responsibilities : Digital Learning Innovation & Academy Acceleration

This role focuses on innovation, AI-driven content production, and capability-based learning architecture.

- Support the design, production, and scaling of functional and transversal academies.
- Partner with subject-matter experts to structure content and prepare pilots.
- Use GenAI tools (e.g., Synthesia, Easygenerator) to create scripts, micro-learning, and reusable templates.
- Map thousands of learning assets against a refreshed capability framework.
- Curate internal and external resources and structure learning pathways in Degreed.
- Improve tagging and metadata to enhance discoverability
- Track adoption signals and synthesize insights.
- Help scale transversal initiatives such as AIQ - a program exploring human-AI collaboration.

You will also act as a technology scout, testing new features within the learning ecosystem and helping the team maximize the value of rapidly evolving tools.

5. What we're looking for ? Role 1:

- Academic background in HR, Business, Communication, or equivalent
- First experience in learning, HR, or people-related environments preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data and Excel
- Reliable, structured, and able to manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Curious, autonomous, and collaborative
- Fluent English required; French is a plus

Ideal for candidates who enjoy structure, coordination, and operational excellence.

- Strong digital orientation with genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies.
- Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity.
- Creative problem-solver with a structured approach.
- Agile, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across stakeholders
- Fluent English required (team working language).

We remain flexible in how responsibilities are ultimately structured. Should we identify two strong candidates with complementary and transferable skillsets, we may rebalance the scope of each role and shape two hybrid positions to best leverage individual strengths while meeting team priorities!
