Traffic Manager - allemand NATIF (anglais & français courant) - H/F



CDI basé à Paris (centre). Pour ce poste, vous êtes impérativement de langue maternelle allemand et vous parlez anglais courant (français au moins intermédiaire). Possibilité de 2 à 3 jours de télétravail + 1 jour OFF pour votre anniversaire et tous les vendredi OFF en juillet et en août !

Job Title: Traffic Manager SEA & Social Ads (DE/EN/FR)

Location: Paris 75005, France, Remote Work Option (2-3 days/week)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary : France: Around 40,000 to 45,000 euros per year, according to experience (+ incentive / bonus plan after month 6 )

We are seeking a Traffic Manager SEA & Social Ads with a strong data-driven mindset to join our dynamic team and drive our German campaigns to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Oversee, create, and optimize SEA and social ads campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business, Retargeting, Lead Generation Ads.
- Multi-Channel Strategy: Develop tailored strategies to increase traffic and conversions the websites.
- Performance Tracking: Conduct detailed data analysis and reporting using GA4, GTM, Excel, and Looker Studio to optimize campaigns for KPIs and ROI.
- Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with design and content teams for the creation of banner ads, landing pages, and engaging ad copy in German.
- Monitoring: Efficiently manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and performance alignment with company objectives. Qualifications:
- Native German speaker, with fluency in French and English.
- 3+ years of experience in SEA (Google, Microsoft Ads) and Social Ads campaign management.
- Strong expertise in data analysis and performance optimization.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools like GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Passion for results-driven digital marketing and a solid understanding of conversion funnels.
