Global Product Owner Supervisor M - F - Cma Cgm Head Office H/F CMA CGM

MISSION:

As lead business product owner you are accountable for enhancing CMA CGM Digital Customer Engagement through top of the class CRM features. In a context of fast-moving innovations in technologies and high velocity business expansion you are contributing to preparing the Group to tomorrow's opportunities and challenged. To do so you operate in direct contact with Transformation Department and Digital Factory Leaders as well as key Third Party partners. The role reports to the Chief Product Owner (CPO)d Digital Customer Engagement (Service / Sales).

RESPONSABILITIES:

You are securing the value and global consistency of the different features, delivered in time and within budget.

Your main responsibilities:

- Main point of contact for the Business transformation department
- Domain and people management (hierarchic: product / functional: project contribution)
- Create, maintain & deliver Domain roadmap aligned with CPO & sponsors
- Plan execution efficiently through quarterly increment planning and agile methodology
- Manage global backlog, secure new initiatives assignments and run organization optimization
- Monitor quality indicators (of which backlog readiness, predictability, incidents) for success
- Support the team's transformation & scale up for the future
- Take direct ownership of features & products to overcome roadblocks & peak periods
- Clear & structured reporting weekly on progress & successes, document risks & arbitration
- Ensure proper transition with deployment team and communication to regional network
- Overview relationship with technical teams and optimization of capacity usage
