We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Intern to join our dynamic international team.
You will support the InternationalMarketing and Sales Department in developing and animating tools, content, and initiatives that help our local teams attract and engage families.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, sales enablement, and internal communication, within a mission-driven international group.

Your Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

• Contribute to the creation, update, and animation of our Marketing & Sales Toolbox (best practices, templates, success stories, visuals).

• Support the animation of the internal platform - sharing key content, best practices, and updates.

• Assist in preparing presentations, visuals, and reports for internal and external use.

Sales Operations

• Support country teams with sales tools and materials to improve conversion and family engagement.

• Contribute to tracking and analyzing performance indicators (lead conversion, tour feedback, NPS).

• Assist in organizing international meetings and seminars, including logistics and content follow-up.

Communication & Coordination

• Draft and distribute meeting summaries (CRs), follow up on action plans, and ensure key updates are shared with stakeholders.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across countries (Marketing, Sales Ops, HR, Education) to ensure consistency and alignment.

What You Bring

• Student in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field (Master's level).

• Strong organization and project management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French or another language is a plus).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus.

• Curious, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

• Motivation to learn and contribute to a purpose-driven company focused on families and children.
