IT Functional Expert - Cargo Flow Transformation H/F CMA CGM

THE ROLE

As part of the Global IT & Transformation Department, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

As an IT Functional Expert, you will be part of a team that is responsible for the digitalization of cargo flow processes.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

- Analyzing the requirement for workload estimation and solution design
- Presenting the solution to peers for review and brainstorming
- Helping with the user story definition
- Validating Functional specifications
- Performing validation testing of functional use cases, and technical requirements
- Bugs investigation
- Data definition and data analysis Ideal Candidate

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The ideal candidate will have:

- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business management or any related discipline
- Knowledge of Cargo Flow or prior experience in the shipping industry (a plus).
- The ability to handle stress and adapt to agile work methodologies.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as business analyst.
- Business & results oriented with strong logical thinking, Problem solving skills
- Experience working in a matrix environment within large international organizations.
- Excellent communication, influence, and presentation skills.
- The ability to work in a multicultural, team-oriented environment and engage stakeholders at various levels.
