As an HR Project Manager Intern, you are the bridge between executive vision and operational excellence.Working directly with our CHRO, you will serve as a trusted partner in driving the organizational rhythm and overseeing cross-functional initiatives.We are seeking a dedicated and motivated student ready to act as a force multiplier, turning HR strategy into seamless program delivery.This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-level project management and shape the future of our human capital.

Key responsibilities ✨

• Manages special ad-hoc Human Resources projects and initiatives (responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery ).
• Conducts research and analysis to facilitate decision-making. Prepare some Human Resources insights to nurture the Chief Human Resources Officer .
• Prepare some HR day-to-day Human Resources Business Partner operations & presentation in coordination with the CHRO.
• Help on track expenses & costs for the entire department in close partnership with Finance
• Facilitate meetings, workshops as needed (Filter, prioritize, and synthesize information, Manage the time by prioritizing and preparing for meetings, documenting key decisions, and ensuring follow-through on action items)

About you 🧑‍🚀

• Educational Background: You are currently enrolled in a Master's degree (HR, Business Administration, or related) and looking for a long-term internship or apprenticeship.
• Project Management Skills: You have the ability to drive projects and design presentations in a structured and simple way, turning complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.
• Data-Driven Mindset: You possess capability to analyze metrics and data, transforming raw information into key HR insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Communication Excellence: You are a natural communicator with the ability to synthesize complex information into concise and professional messaging for international stakeholders.
• Confidentiality & Integrity: Given your proximity to the CHRO, you demonstrate the utmost discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Languages: You are fully fluent in English, allowing you to navigate effectively between our global strategy and local impact.
