Learning Management System Product Owner Lms H/F GEODIS

Master's Degree (Bac +5) in a 'human development field' (e.g., Adult Education, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology). with minimum 7 years of professional experience in Learning and/or LMS management
- Deep understanding of Learning & Development organization and roles
- Deep familiarity with learning management systems (LMS/360 leanring), learning experience systems (LXPs), and e-learning platforms.
- Data-driven mentality .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various levels of leadership and employees.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset to assess learning effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
- Fluent French & English
