Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world's most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking an intern for the events departement. This opportunity is available starting July 2026 for a period of 6 months.

Key accountabilities:

- Organize events and stays for groups and events

- Phone Order Taking

- Commercial qualification of customer requests

- Conduct sales follow-up and send quotes

- Ensure client visits

- Drafting of contracts

- Monitoring contract signatures and payment

General requirements:

- Organization, rigour and attention to detail

- Speed and autonomy

- Good speech and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Office Pack

- Fluent in English and French (written/oral).

- Tourism-Hospitality and/or Business School training
