CONTEXT

Reportingto the RGM Group Manager,wearelookingforourfuture RGM Promotion Managerwhowillberesponsiblefordeveloping,coordinating,deploying, monitoring, andadjustingthepromotionalstrategyfor Bel Franceproducts, inordertoachievethecompany'sperformance andprofitabilityobjectives.

YOUR MISSIONS

Yourmainresponsibilitiesare asfollows:

- Developandimplementthepromotionalpolicyfor Bel France in linewithourRGMstrategyandcompanyobjectives.

- Lead,review, andadjustourpromotionalplans toensuretheachievementofourvolume andfinancialobjectives.

- Maximizethefinancialperformance ofourpromotionalactivitiesbyworkingontheirROI andpromotionalP&Ls,whileensuringawinningstrategyforboththecustomerand the consumer.

- Improveanddeveloppromotionaltools, in collaborationwithGlobal RGMteams, ITteams, and external consultants.

- Ensurecompliancewithpromotionalprocesseswithinthecompanyandpromotetheirwidespreadadoption.

- Lead andacceleratethe transformation of RGM Promo at Bel.

This positionisbasedin Suresnes,westof Paris, accessible by tram T2 (Suresnes Longchamp stop) andseveralbuslines.

YOURPROFILE:Couldthisbeyou?

- You have aMaster'sdegreeorequivalentprofessionalexperience,withat least 5 to 7years'experiencein commercial/RGMroleswithintheretailsector.

- Therolerequiresaprovenunderstandingof promotionswithinmassretail, aswellasstrongstrategicthinkingand commercialanalysisskills.

- Knowledgeofpromotionaltools(XTEL,Mémory,Circana, Nielsen, etc.) anddashboarddesigntools(PowerBI,Datastudio, Tableau, etc.)wouldbeanadvantageforthisrole.

- Yourunderstandingof FMCGproductsin France enablesyoutograspmarketdynamics.

- You have excellentanalyticalskillsandstrongknowledgeofpromotionalanalysistools(P&L, ROI,Sell-out, etc.), aswellasprovenexperiencewithP&L andfinancialissuessuchas Net Sales,promotionalcosts, and GrossMargin.

- Professionalproficiencyin Englishisrequiredandyouare fluent in French.
