Internship - Data Analyst H/F CMA CGM

YOUR ROLE

The Digital Sales department is responsible for promoting an Instant Online Pricing tool to the pricing network (trades) and sales network (agencies) in order to respond to spot requests from CMA CGM, ANL, and CNC customers.

The Data Analyst is responsible for :

- Developing/industrializing solutions for reporting on product performance (product usage).
- Conducting and presenting analyses on product usage, customer behavior, the effectiveness of different product settings, profiling customers who use and do not use the product, etc.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

Specifically, you will be responsible for :

- Creating QlikSense sheets to measure performance.
- Creating QlikSense (or other) sheets to measure compliance with the group's Pricing Spot strategy.
- Creating QlikSense (or other) sheets to support the network's action plans.
- Creating a performance forecast model.
- Creating weekly PowerPoint reporting presentations.
- Creating PowerPoint presentations summarizing performance for visits by Sales Directors or General Managers to headquarters.
- Creating PowerPoint presentations to share the analyses performed.
- Researching relevant areas of analysis to develop customer use of the product.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- You have a Master's degree from a business or engineering school.
- You have a flair for sales and a high level of data proficiency.
- You are proficient in IT and office tools such as Excel and Qliksense (or other reporting solution).
- You are also proficient in at least one modeling language.
- Ideally, you have some knowledge of shipping (a plus).
- Your analytical mind and rigor, combined with your curiosity and dedication, will be assets for success in this position.
- You are fluent in English and ideally in French as well (a plus).
