- Data Quality & Analytics
- Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting systems
- Design and Implement AI-powered analytics capabilities with Central Data Team
- Enhance verification and validation of Environmental & technical KPIs
- Drive efficient reporting and analytics solutions
- Innovation & Digital Solutions
- Identify opportunities to transform traditional reporting into advanced analytics to enhance business value and decision-making
- Optimize Global Report solution by mastering operational content and technical functionalities
- Develop and implement predictive models for environmental performance with DB&T support
- Streamline CSRD reporting processes
- Design intelligent systems for environmental and industrial risk assessment
- Business Partnership
- Identify and implement high-impact data use cases
- Partner with business units to address data challenges and requirements
- Animate adoption of innovative data approaches across the organization/BU in coordination with Data Team
- Transformation & Change
- Deliver comprehensive training and support to business units
- Establish and grow data practice communities to foster knowledge sharing
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Drive strategic collaboration with Business Units to identify and address reporting requirements
- Coordinate with DB&T teams to implement and integrate intelligent solutions
- Partner with environmental experts to ensure alignment with requirements
- Support change management initiatives to facilitate AI adoption and digital transformation
- Foster cross-functional partnerships to maximize value creation from data initiatives
Main skills
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar role
- Advanced expertise in data management tools and databases (SQL, Excel, Google Sheets)
- Strong proficiency in Data Visualization platforms, particularly Power BI
- Demonstrated experience in AI/ML implementation and analytics solutions
- Deep understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and data modeling
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks, CSRD regulations, and sustainability reporting standards
- Project Management & Results oriented
- Fluent English required (written and spoken)
- French language skills preferred
