Volvo Group Digital and IT is looking for a Senior Service Leader as a permanent contract.

Job Location: France (Lyon), Sweden (Göteborg, Skövde, Umea)

Travel required: occasionally.

Your future team

You will join the Collaboration & Telephony services area within Volvo Group Digital & IT, Infrastructure and Onsite Services, Digital Workplace Services. The team is highly connected, supportive, and diverse, working together across geographies and backgrounds to deliver innovative solutions and continual service improvements.

What you will do:

The scope includes Information Sharing services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva Engage), M365 license management, Productivity services (M365 Copilot and CoPilot Chat)

- You will define the strategic direction for M365 Collaboration Services, create and maintain service roadmaps, and steer development projects and transformations in a multicultural and global environment.
- Reporting to the Service Area Manager of Collaboration & Telephony, you will work closely with partners, infrastructure service providers, and business stakeholders.
- You will monitor service levels, ensure alignment with targets, and manage corrective actions with suppliers.
- Your responsibilities include overseeing runtime process interactions such as releases, deployments, change management, and incident escalation.
- You will be commercially responsible for supplier-delivered services, including budgeting and volume approval, and will enhance services by enabling new capabilities based on business needs and technological evolution.
- You will plan, launch, and chair new service development or enhancement projects, and ensure compliance with security requirements.

You bring strong competence and proven experience in M365 services, including deep knowledge of functionalities, security measures, and optimizations.

Your background includes working with ITIL and SIAM frameworks, and you approach service management with a strategic mindset.

You are skilled at creating and refining security policies and standards in close collaboration with security and threat protection teams.

Your communication skills in English, both written and verbal, enable you to engage effectively with technical and non-technical audiences alike.

You have experience preparing and presenting decisions at management level, and you excel at building relationships and influencing outcomes even without formal authority.

Your passion for structure, order, and detail is matched by a solution-oriented mindset and a keen interest in new technologies.
