Our client is the global leader in perimeter protection solutions. They manufacture quality fencing systems to secure people, property, and businesses worldwide. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our French clients. This role involves managing all aspects of customer interactions, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage complex issues.
Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information regarding products, services, and orders.
- Order Management: Process customer orders, monitor order status, and ensure timely delivery. Resolve any issues related to shipping, delivery, and product availability.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments as necessary.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and product information to customers, helping them choose the right products and solutions for their needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, and production teams to coordinate customer needs and enhance service delivery.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolution. Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance customer support processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices in customer service.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical products and solutions.
- Customer Orientation: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive client relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Team Spirit: Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
