Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and driven Internal Communications Project Lead to join our Global Internal Communication team. This role is essential in shaping our internal narrative, creating inspiring content, and fostering employee engagement through digital channels and strategic campaigns.

You will take ownership of content planning, campaign execution, and community management across our internal platforms - ensuring that our messages connect, inform, and inspire across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a content calendar for internal channels (Viva Engage, intranet, newsletters, etc.).

- Write, edit, and curate compelling written and visual content aligned with corporate tone and strategic themes.

- Create and produce a range of multimedia assets-short videos, motion-graphics, infographics, internal social media posts, ect. that follow brand guidelines and are optimized per channel.

- Pitch and design fresh engagement campaigns in line with company priorities (e.g., culture, CSR, strategic announcements).

- Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, leadership, local IC teams) to tailor messages to diverse internal audiences.

- Promote employee-generated content by providing simple templates, toolkits, and trainings-empowering authentic voices across the business

- Monitor campaign metrics and employee feedback to measure engagement and continuously optimize communication strategies.

Profile

- 2-year experience in internal communication, content marketing, or employee engagement.

- Strong writing and storytelling abilities in both French and English.

- Experience in managing digital platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Viva Engage, Microsoft 365 tools).

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.

- Passion for engaging content formats (video, animation, graphic design).

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a global matrix environment.

- Experience in industrial environments is appreciated
