RECHERCHE POISSONNIER(S) H/F DANS TOUT LE DEPARTEMENT (44) :
PROFRAIS INTERIM:
AGENCE SPECIALISEE DEPUIS PLUS DE 25 ANS DANS LES METIERS DE BOUCHE - GRANDE DISTRIBUTION - INDUSTRIE AGRO-ALIMENTAIRE - ARTISANAT.
TYPE D'EMPLOI :
- INTERIM
MISSIONS :
- ASSUREZ LE MONTAGE DU BANC, AINSI QUE LA REMBALLE DU SOIR ET LE NETTOYAGE.
- REALISEZ LA PREPARATION DES POISSONS, DES CRUSTACES ET DES COQUILLAGES.
- VEILLEZ AU SUIVI DE LA ROTATION DES PRODUITS ET RESPECTEZ LES REGLES DE QUALITES ET D'HYGIENE.
- GEREZ LA VENTE DIRECTE AINSI QUE LE CONSEIL A LA CLIENTELE.
- TITULAIRE D'UN CAP, CQP, EN POISSONNERIE
- ET/OU JUSTIFIEZ D'UNE PREMIERE EXPERIENCE SIGNIFICATIVE D'AU MOINS TROIS ANS DANS CE DOMAINE.
COMPETENCE REQUISE
- AVOIR L'ESPRIT D'EQUIPE, ETRE FORCE DE PROPOSITION ET FAIRE PREUVE DE RIGUEUR ET DE PRECISION.
- MAITRISE DES DIFFERENTS MONTAGES DE BANC ET DE LA REMBALLE.
- CONNAISSANCE DES DIFFERENTS POISSONS ET CRUSTACES ET LA TECHNIQUE DE DECOUPE ET PREPARATION
DEPUIS PLUS DE 27 ANS, LES EQUIPES DE PROFRAIS INTERIM METTENT A LA DISPOSITION DE LA GRANDE DISTRIBUTION, DE L'ARTISANAT ET DE L'INDUSTRIE AGRO-ALIMENTAIRE , DU PERSONNEL SPECIALISE ET COMPETENT DANS LES METIERS DE BOUCHE.
