As Digital Area Manager - Chemistry Platform within our Manufacturing & Supply Digital team, you'll drive digital transformation and operational excellence across three strategic chemistry sites (Aramon, Sisteron, and Mourenx), leading a distributed team to deliver business value through innovative digital solutions. Main responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a team of approximately 12 digital professionals (internal staff and contractors) distributed across three chemistry platform sites
- Drive digital operational excellence and continuous improvement for all digital services, including infrastructure, applications (MES, LIMS, ERP, AI/GenAI), and cybersecurity
- Partner with business leaders and M&S digital product lines to identify needs, shape strategy, and deliver solutions that maximize business value
- Manage the digital portfolio and budget for the chemistry platform, participating in Strategic Plan and Long-Range Planning cycles
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory (GxP, SOX, data privacy), and cybersecurity standards while maintaining site cybersecurity performance targets
- Oversee daily operations, service continuity, and relationships with suppliers and service providers
- Champion digital transformation initiatives that enhance manufacturing processes and supply chain efficiency

About you

Experience:

- Proven track record in IT leadership roles within pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing, ideally in multi-site environments

Soft and technical skills:

- Strong leadership with experience managing geographically dispersed teams
- Deep knowledge of industrial IT systems (MES, LIMS, SCADA, ERP) and digital transformation in manufacturing
- Agile mindset with expertise in project management, change management, and business partnering
- Strategic thinking with strong decision-making and consulting abilities
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and GxP compliance requirements
- Comfortable with regular travel between sites

Education:

- Engineering degree or Master's in computer science, information systems, or related field

Languages:

- Fluent in French and English
