Digital Lead M - F H/F Bouygues Construction

Reporting to the Digital Department of Bouygues Bâtiment International, a subsidiary of Bouygues Construction, you will act as the digital point of reference to support projects and subsidiaries in their digital transformation initiatives.

You will work in an international context with multicultural teams to:

- Support and assist in the deployment of new digital tools across various subsidiaries and projects;
- Identify business needs and propose tailored solutions in collaboration with operational teams;
- Facilitate workshops, train, and guide users in adopting digital tools and processes;
- Monitor and promote best practices in digitalization;
- Contribute to change management and oversee digital transformation projects;
- Serve as the link between Digital teams, technical teams, and operational staff on the ground;
- Draft documentation (guides, procedures, internal communications) in both French and English.

What about you?

You hold a higher education degree in digital, project management, engineering, or equivalent.
You have experience in supporting digital projects or significant operational experience (site management, construction supervision, etc.) with a strong interest in digital transformation.
Ideally, you have experience working in English within an international environment.
You are proficient with digital tools and have an interest in change management. Knowledge of data would be a plus.

With strong listening and empathy skills, you understand user needs and build trust-based relationships.
Recognized for your interpersonal skills, you can unite teams and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Dynamic and autonomous, you take initiative and make decisions to move projects forward.
Comfortable leading workshops, you can train users with a pedagogical approach.
Action- and results-oriented, you achieve objectives while ensuring deliverable quality.

As part of an international company, professional English (written and spoken) is essential.

The position is based at Bouygues Bâtiment International headquarters (Challenger - Guyancourt, 78). Occasional travel will be required to our various locations worldwide, in Europe and internationally.
