Overview

As DevOps, you own reliability, performance, and security of applications and infrastructure. You lead cross-functional initiatives, design and operate resilient systems, drive cloud migrations, and mentor peers to raise the organization's overall reliability bar.

Context & Team

- 8-person international squad

- Agile/DevOps practices

- Interfaces with Subdivision teams to ensure reliability, performance, and security; tooling includes Git, Terraform, Ansible/Puppet, GKE, GCP

- Provide best-in-class quality products to internal users

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain global view of applications and infrastructure; own end-to-end reliability

- Lead production rollout planning

- Propose and industrialize reliability improvements, automated remediation, self-healing

- Automate and improve management processes, optimize platform performance, reliability, and security

- Proactively monitor and optimize environments

- Lead major initiatives (e.g., migrations to GCP/private cloud)

- Drive incident resolution, post-mortems, and continuous improvement

- Create and maintain documentation; promote best practices and knowledge sharing

- Ensure capacity planning and cost optimization

Deliverables

- IaC for entire stack (Terraform, Ansible)

- CI/CD pipelines and observability dashboards

- Change & Incident management (e.g, MTTR, Canary release)

- Runbooks, documentation

Must-Have Technical Skills and Experience

- Practical experience in Git, CI/CD and DevOps pipelines

- Public cloud experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Ansible; scripting and automation; IaC through Terraform

- Programming/scripting languages (Bash, Python, Java)

- Linux administration, HAProxy, MySQL

- Strong English communication

- RUN-focused mindset

Nice-to-Have

- Event-Driven Automation experience

- AI agent implementation experience

- Observability and alerting (Telegraf, Prometheus, Grafana)

- Cloud certifications (GCP, AWS, Azure), SRE experience

- Containerization (OpenShift, Docker, GKE) and virtualization

- Experience with monitoring tools (Centreon, Datadog, etc.)

- Machine Learning knowledge (FalconAI)

- Product Management concepts (personas, MVP)

Profile

- 4+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps/Infrastructure

- Autonomous, good collaboration, leadership skills

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactivity

Location & Terms

- Location: Europe internal mobility or GCC Romania/Poland
