PROFRAIS INTERIM:
AGENCE SPECIALISEE DEPUIS PLUS DE 27 ANS DANS LES METIERS DE BOUCHE - GRANDE DISTRIBUTION - INDUSTRIE AGRO-ALIMENTAIRE - ARTISANAT.
TYPE D'EMPLOI :
- INTERIM
MISSIONS :
- ASSUREZ LA FABRICATION DE L'ENSEMBLE DES VARIETES DE PAINS ET VIENNOISERIES AINSI QUE DES BASES DE LA PATISSERIE,
- REALISEZ DES OPERATIONS DE PETRISSAGE, PREPARATION, CUISSON ET DE MONTAGE DE PATISSERIE
- VEILLEZ A LA GESTION DES STOCKS ET PLANIFIEZ LA PRODUCTION SOUS LA RESPONSABILITE DU CHEF DE RAYON,
- GEREZ LA VENTE DIRECTE AINSI QUE LE CONSEIL A LA VENTE SI BESOIN.
- TITULAIRE D'UN CAP BOULANGER
- ET/OU JUSTIFIEZ D'UNE PREMIERE EXPERIENCE SIGNIFICATIVE DANS CE DOMAINE.
COMPETENCE REQUISE
- AVOIR L'ESPRIT D'EQUIPE, ETRE FORCE DE PROPOSITION ET FAIRE PREUVE DE RIGUEUR ET DE PRECISION.
- MAITRISE L'UTILISATION DU FOUR, TECHNIQUE DE PETRISSAGE
DEPUIS PLUS DE 27 ANS, LES EQUIPES DE PROFRAIS INTERIM METTENT A LA DISPOSITION DE LA GRANDE DISTRIBUTION, DE L'ARTISANAT ET DE L'INDUSTRIE AGRO-ALIMENTAIRE , DU PERSONNEL SPECIALISE ET COMPETENT DANS LES METIERS DE BOUCHE.
