Trade Marketing Assistant

The European Trade Marketing team is looking for a 6-month intern from January 2026. The role will be based in Paris Coty headquarter (14, rue du 4 Septembre 75002).

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Trade Marketing Europe Intern, your main focus will be to support the European regional strategy coordination, portfolio management and performance analytics for the Coty Prestige Division.

The team is driving the regional portfolio strategy and planning, aligning market needs with global priorities, optimizing product launches and allocations, and ensuring effective strategic planning and best-practice sharing across markets.

The team has exposure and interactions with many of Coty business units in Europe (Local Marketing & Sales across 5 local European offices), Global Prestige Marketing teams and Operating Office based in Paris. You will work on the full Coty Prestige division with well-known fragrance brands including Hugo Boss, Burberry, Gucci, Chloe, CK etc. All your colleagues are passionate about Beauty and internationally focused. You will join a dynamic, fast-paced, business-oriented team and learn the specificities and business drivers of the European region.

Responsibilities

- Be responsible for consolidating and tracking the local marketing support plans and marketing calendars for the European region on the Coty Prestige portfolio. Support the consolidation of the European Coty portfolio marketing plan & guidelines.

- Support the Innovation & Valuation report tracking

- Support the Niche Fragrance growth strategy

- Facilitate the preparation of key meeting presentations, including business reviews and commercial presentations

- Run analysis on stock allocations, shortages or overstock

- In charge of consolidating Europe post-launch recap presentations for top priority launches in the region.

- Responsible for the European monthly or quarterly newsletters sent to the European markets, sharing keys news, results and best practices

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to interact with cross-functional teams, connect data with strategic insights, coordinating planning processes with a structured and results-oriented approach, learn about the beauty business in the European region. You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

- are a Masters student with prior 6-months internship in marketing or sales or consulting

- have a strong business acumen and analytical background (advanced Excel skills required)

- are used to evolve in an international context and fluent in English (mandatory)

- are keen to work in a fast-paced environment and to lead projects in an independent manner

- are reliable and attentive to details

- are passionate about the beauty industry
