Your Mission
As a System & Network Administrator, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our Tech infrastructure. You'll work closely with the DevOps & IT team to deliver measurable impact and help us scale efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include :

- Lead the implementation and configuration of new infrastructure solutions to improve performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and increase server capacity to meet business needs.
- Apply system updates, patches, and configuration changes to maintain operational excellence.
- Analyze system logs and identify potential issues for proactive resolution.
- Ensure continuous improvement through technology watch and knowledge sharing.
- Document processes and keep procedures up to date.
- Participate in on-call rotations for incident management
Qualifications
What We're Looking For

Your profile:
- Proven experience of 3+ years in system and network administration or a strong ability to learn fast.
- Solid understanding of Linux systems (Debian, RedHat), networking, virtualization, and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Data-driven, structured, and always looking for ways to improve.
- Fluent in English and French.
