Under the guidance of the Innovation Marketing Director, you will actively contribute to the preparation of Events by carrying out various tasks pivotal to the planning and execution of the event. Simultaneously, you will collaborate on efforts to update and develop our innovation portfolio by managing specific work phases, including Digital catalogue management.
Event Preparation
Planning
Ensure that all the documents and materials necessary for the implementation of the demos and presentations are gathered, in coordination with the technical teams
Participate in the drafting and updating of "country files", allowing the various stakeholders to have an up-to-date vision of the different countries and the products deployed
Actively participate on the delivery of the event
Innovation Digital Catalogue
Co-operate on building up the marketing plan of portfolio for the catalogue, in close relationship with the Regions and Sales & Marketing organizations, and in line with central marketing objectives (business approach, solution approach, service strategy, etc)
Help with the collection of all relevant content from product managers
Provide inputs for appropriate marketing deliverables to promote the portfolio, internally and externally
Co-create appropriate collaterals for the promotion of the catalogue
Help with mapping and managing data flow of various sections of the Digital Catalogue
Explore CSR initiatives within Orange Innovation ecosystem and identify eco-design, accessibility, circularity benefits of products and services within the catalogue

Veiller à ce que tous les documents et matériels nécessaires à la mise en oeuvre des démonstrations et présentations soient rassemblés, en coordination avec les équipes techniques
Participer à la rédaction et à la mise à jour des " dossiers pays ", permettant aux différentes parties prenantes d'avoir une vision actualisée des différents pays et des produits déployés
Participer activement à la prestation de l'événement
Catalogue numérique de l'innovation
Collaborer à l'élaboration du plan de marketing du portefeuille pour le catalogue, en étroite collaboration avec les régions et les organisations de vente et de marketing, et conformément aux objectifs de marketing centraux (approche commerciale, approche de solution, stratégie de service, etc.)
You are preparing for a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Marketing / Communication /
Project Management and you are looking for a 6-month full-time internship starting in
January 2026.
(Please note, we do not offer part-time internships.)
You have advanced organizational and listening skills and know how to manage marketing projects
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must
AI experience is welcome
You exhibit flexibility and the ability to focus on different topics
You like to work in a team and can adapt to interactions with different stakeholders
Your strengths lie in your attention to detail, patience, and consistency in document versioning
Fluency in English is essential, and additional languages such as Spanish, Polish or Romanian will be appreciated
Vous préparez un Master en Marketing / Communication / Management de Projet et recherchez un stage de 6 mois à temps plein à partir de janvier 2026.
(Pour information, nous ne proposons pas de stage alterné.)
Vous avez des compétences avancées en matière d'organisation et d'écoute, et savez comment gérer les projets marketing
Des compétences avancées en Excel et PowerPoint sont indispensables
L'expérience en IA est la bienvenue
Vous faites preuve de souplesse et de la capacité de vous concentrer sur différents sujets
Vous aimez travailler en équipe et vous pouvez vous adapter aux interactions avec les différentes parties prenantes
Vos points forts résident dans votre souci du détail, votre patience et votre cohérence dans le contrôle des versions de documents
La maîtrise de l'anglais est essentielle, et d'autres langues telles que l'espagnol, le polonais ou le roumain seront appréciées
