We are looking for our future intern Global Marketing Analyst based in Paris or Obernai for a duration of 6 months starting from February 2026.

Your mission :

Reporting to Esther Sorin, Digital Marketing & Customer Experience Group Director, the Global Marketing team will rely on you to:

- Insights & Analytics Support : (~2 days / week)

- Support the execution and follow-up of the Speak Up! 2026 NPS survey, including response collection, tracking, and preparation for reporting
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and the development of communication plans.

- Marketing Planning & Portfolio : (~2 days / week)

- Support marketing and digital portfolio management activities (portfolio backlog refinement, demand request management, preparation of the 2027 digital roadmap)
- Manage our marketing technology tools landscape by consolidating and maintaining a comprehensive overview of these marketing tools
- Contribute to the implementation of marketing planning activities with local markets, including the development of methodologies and templates
- Participate in the preparation of key meetings (Marketing Leadership meetings, Business Reviews, workshops)
- Support the deployment of agile methodologies across the Global Marketing team
- Assist the team responsible for digital customer experience initiatives.

- Marketing Automation : (~1 day / week)

- Assist in the preparation of marketing email campaigns
- Support the performance analysis of marketing automation activities.

Digital Marketing & Customer Experience (DMCX) is a Global Marketing department of approx. 35 team members. You will have the opportunity to work with several teams of the department, and to join the DMCX Leadership Team meeting cadence.

Your profile :

You are currently a Master's level student in Marketing & Digital, Business Administration or a related field and are looking for a 6-month internship. You are comfortable working in an international environment and are fluent in English.

- You have a strong interest in digital marketing, customer experience, and data-driven decision making.
- You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, GA4, GTM, or Looker Studio is a plus.
- You are comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reports, and enjoy turning insights into clear and actionable outputs.
- You are organized and methodical, with an interest in marketing planning, portfolio management, and digital tools.
- You demonstrate initiative and autonomy, while enjoying collaboration within cross-functional and international teams.
- You are analytical and creative, with good writing and communication skills, enabling you to contribute to reporting, internal communication, and campaign preparation.
- An interest in marketing automation, agile ways of working, or digital customer experience would be an asset.
