Fullstack .Net - Angular Lead Developer H/F Approach People Recruitment

We have an exciting challenge for you! We are looking for a passionate full-stack .NET/Angular Lead Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing a cutting-edge web application, leveraging your expertise in .NET and Angular. If you're ready to be part of a company undergoing a digital transformation, this role is for you!

What you'll do:

• Lead a small team of three junior developers.

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using .NET and Angular.

• Collaborate with various teams across the company (UX/UI, design, product, etc.) to define, design, and deliver new features.

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs to connect front-end applications to the back-end.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team and your manager.

• Participate in the full application lifecycle, from programming to debugging.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and apply them to improve our solutions.

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure the robustness of your creations.

Who we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a .NET developer, with a strong understanding of .NET Core.

• Hands-on experience with Angular, including RXJS and NGRX to efficiently manage state and asynchronous data flows.

• Good understanding of RESTful services and API integration.

• Experience with databases like SQL Server or MySQL.

• Familiarity with Git.

• A solution-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for technology.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).

Nice to have:

• Over 3 years of experience in .NET and Angular development.

• Experience building responsive web applications.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Previous experience in a similar role.
