Social Media Manager - Your future role? (Temporary contract until 31 December 2026)

We are looking for a Social Media Manager (temporary contract for maternity cover) based at our site in Argenteuil. Reporting directly to the Head of Fragrance & Beauty Communication, you will be part of the Global Communication team based in our European Center for Creation and Development in Perfumery.

You will collaborate with the global F&B communication team and with our business units' communication teams and stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of social media content for the Fragrance & Beauty division

- Developing social media content ideas based on trends and creative fragrance storytelling

- Recording video content, taking pictures, attending events and launches to cover on social media, consolidating the overall and ensuring that tone and visuals reflect Givaudan's global Fragrance & Beauty positioning

- Coordinating regional requests for social media publications

- Coordinating with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external agencies to create social media content

- Identifying and cultivating relationships with influencers, creators, and partners relevant to the fragrance industry

- Participating in the consolidation of quarterly social media reports

Your professional profile includes:

- Degree from a Business School / Communication program or equivalent University background

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, etc.)

- Creative mindset

- Perfect redactional skills both in French and English (scripts, captions, subtitles)

- Experience in project and social media campaign management

- Mastery of Canva and video/picture editing tools is essential; proficiency in CapCut is a plus

- Ability to attend events across France, specifically in Paris
