Mission:

The Construction Manager is responsible for managing and supervising all construction activities related to railway infrastructure projects. This includes civil works, track, electrification, signaling, and telecommunications. The role ensures that all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with technical specifications and railway regulations.

What is the challenge?

- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for railway infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with design documents, technical specifications, and safety standards.
- Plan, monitor and control construction schedules and resources.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams (civil, mechanical, electrical, signaling).
- Oversee site safety management and ensure compliance with railway safety procedures.

Technical skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Railway sector or large-scale infrastructure construction.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering, track works, bridges, tunnels, and related systems.
- Familiarity with railway safety regulations and construction standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Italian
