We are currently seeking an Experienced Payroll Manager to join our client and support a range of multi-project studies within the Oil & Gas industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing payroll and administrative processes autonomously, while working closely with project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for project staff.
Manage administrative and HR-related documentation in compliance with internal procedures.
Collaborate with project leads and other departments to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll and administrative systems.
Profile:
Proven experience as a Payroll Manager, ideally within an engineering or industrial environment.
Strong understanding of administrative and payroll management processes.
Ability to work independently and interface effectively with various teams.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Required Skills & Experience
Background in the Oil & Gas sector is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office tools.
Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
