Our Silage Maize Excellence Center in Germany is at the heart of our breeding efforts for sustainable and resilient agriculture.Your Mission : As Breeding Assistant, you will play a key role in achieving our silage maize breeding goals by supporting breeding operations and assisting program leads in germplasm characterization and decision-making.Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate breeding activities across seasons (seed production, trials, phenotyping, lab analyses).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Manage breeding data using our digital platform and ensure data quality.
- Collect and analyze phenotypic data to support breeding decisions.
- Contribute to process improvements and R&D projects.
- Promote safety, compliance, and environmental standards.
