YOUR FUTURE TEAM
Dayuse is looking for its next Business Developer (SDR) Intern to join its Sales team in Paris. This 100% English-speaking team is the spearhead of our international expansion into the US market. Their mission? To prospect and close deals with our future hotel partners in the United States. As an SDR, you will be essential support for our experienced Business Developers.
YOUR IMPACT
Do you want to kick-start your Business Development career in an international and ultra-dynamic environment? Your role will be crucial in fueling Dayuse's growth in our most strategic market: the United States. By identifying and qualifying future Dayuse partners, you will have a direct impact on the team's performance and develop key skills directly related to international business development.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSIONS
Your missions will revolve around two main areas: sales execution (SDR) and strategic analysis (Growth & Business Analysis).
1. Business Development (SDR)
- Lead Qualification: Generate qualified leads using prospecting tools and data scraping.
- CRM Management: Ensure rigorous tracking of all interactions and lead statuses in our CRM (HubSpot).
- Market analysis: Analyze US market segments and identify high-value targets.
- Competitive analysis: Actively monitor competition and market trends within the US hospitality sector to identify new opportunities or potential threats.
2. Business Analysis/Growth
- Email sequence management: Manage and help optimize outbound email sequences via the CRM.
- Performance analysis: Track campaign KPIs (e.g., open rates, reply rates, lead quality score, number of appointments set), potentially conduct A/B tests on messaging or targeting, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Funnel data analysis: Analyze the sales funnel data (from initial outreach to closing) to identify friction points or areas for improvement.
- Reporting & Data cleaning: Contribute to enriching and cleaning our Hotels and Contact database in HubSpot, collaborating with the Revenue Operations team to ensure data integrity.
YOUR GOALS FOR A SUCCESSFUL INTERNSHIP
- Within the first month: You will be fully integrated into the SDR team. You will have mastered our core tools (HubSpot, Tableau, prospecting tools), understand the Dayuse value proposition for the US market.
- Within 3 months: You will be generating a consistent flow of qualified leads. You contribute to campaign performance analysis (tracking your KPIs, suggesting small A/B tests).
- By the end of the internship (6 months): You will be capable of autonomously managing the full lead qualification cycle. You can analyze your campaign performance and basic funnel data to suggest relevant optimizations for sequences or targeting. You contribute effectively to CRM data quality initiatives (enrichment/cleaning). You demonstrate a strong understanding of the SDR role and its strategic contribution to the overall sales process.
YOUR PROFILE
- Currently pursuing a degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in business, or a similar field, and looking for a challenging internship.
- You are fluent in English (both spoken and written) and are not afraid to pick up the phone to convince high-level decision-makers.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and a "hunter" mindset: performance motivates you!

- Experience with or a strong ability to quickly master CRM tools (HubSpot is our primary tool)
- You show attention to detail, particularly regarding data quality and CRM management (data cleaning, enrichment).
- You are autonomous, tenacious, and organized, with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage your priorities.
