Quel sera votre rôle ?

Join us as an Audit Business Partner and take a leading role in shaping risk management, process excellence, and compliance across Western Europe. As a trusted advisor, you'll drive internal and ISO audits, ensure adherence to group standards, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Combining a deep understanding of finance, systems, and business processes, you'll translate complex findings into actionable insights that support sound decision-making. With a balance of strategic vision and pragmatic execution, you'll influence stakeholders, foster collaboration, and inspire teams to grow together-strengthening both compliance and performance.

En quoi consiste le métier ?

Audit Manager: Audit & Risk & Process Management

Act as a trustable partner to identify company risk and process compliance; be a role model in values, independency, professional ethics and support the process improvements with recommendations
Lead the internal audit for the western Europe region in synchronization with the internal control and drive proper implementation of remediation action plan
Lead and drive ISO audit and certifications while also supervising the ISO requirements (management review etc)
Coordinate, plan and lead end-to-end audit
Ability to identify, assess and address key audit findings with the right attention to details to ensure compliance with group requirements
Understand know-how of Hilti processes (end to end) to assess risk and compliance and identify opportunities for improvements
Develop conceptual audit work programs with clear step by step instructions
Ability to accomplish projects & tasks cross-functionally successfully
Successfully communicate at all levels of the organization and ability to influence stakeholders

Financial accounting

Excellent finance, system and process understanding of the (Hilti) business model, Finance Manual and ERP systems
Able to translate technical findings in a simple way to a management (i.e. right level of details) to support business/process changes

Leadership

Good market and business understanding with the ability to translate business opportunities into a compliant process.
Pragmatic balance between business impact and associated risks
Excellent interpersonal communication skills to influence and inspire stakeholders

Entrepreneurship

Challenge the status quo, utilize critical thinking and drive the changes within the department and cross functionally
Ability to think beyond the obvious, ability to find 80:20 solution
Explore new topics to support dynamic external changes and influence or lead implementation of new ideas

People development

High ambition to constantly develop him or herself
Inspire and support peers/team members to achieve ambitious results and overcome challenges to grow together as a strong team

- Finance master's degree and/or CPA (or equivalent ACA, ACCA. CIMA, MBA)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant job experiences
- Very good functional expertise (e.g. finance, processes, accounting)
- Good knowledge of MS Office and particularly SAP/BI or SAP ByD
- Knowledge on ISO certification, particularly on ISO 9001 & 14001. Capacity to drive compliance and action plan in regards of those certifications
- Excellent know-how of the (Hilti) business model and/or business model of another multinational enterprise
- Effective communication skills, including ability to structure clear presentations
- The ability to simplify a complex audit finding/topics for different stakeholders
- Evidence of project management skills
- Fluent in French and English
