Les missions du poste
Missions:
* Sizing, design, development and integration of the mechanical braking system (wet-disc brakes) and its related systems (cooling, actuation...)
* Consider the interactions between braking system and drive systems for all driving situations
* Consider also the normative and functional safety requirements, cost, reliability
* Write technical specifications for systems and components, write engineering guidelines
* Write functional specifications
* Establish single-line diagrams
* Participate to the development of new systems and/or components in collaboration with our suppliers and our internal/external development partners
* CAD design of parts and complete build groups of the machine, integrate new components in collaboration with other engineering groups across multiple factories, release CAD parts and bill of materials
* Establish test requests and participate to the tests and the validation of the components and the systems
Profile:
* Mechanical engineer with 3-5 years of experience in designing mechanical components/systems
* Knowledge in mechanical design, hydraulics, thermal calculations
* Knowledge in multi-physic systems simulation (MATLAB Simulink)
* Experience with PTC Creo
* International experience USA, AUS, German speaking countries
* Fluent in English, good knowledge in German.
