Indirect Sourcing Retail & Promo Category Manager - Europe Zone H/F L'Oréal Groupe

YOUR MISSION
You will be responsible for animating and developing the strategic Retail & Promo category (Point of Sales materials, promotional items, etc.) across the Europe Zone. As the expert for this category, you will provide your expertise to country and division buyers to shape local and regional strategies, in line with the Group's policies and ambitions.

YOUR KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Retail & Promo Category Animation and Strategy:
- Animate the community of category buyers across Europe to share best practices and foster collaboration.
- Monitor key projects driven at the Zone level and transversal initiatives.
- Enrich the Purchasing Strategy in collaboration with the Global Sourcing Team.
- Identifypotential innovations in terms of productivity, sustainability (L4TF), service, and cost.
- Simplify the management of POS materials by implementing catalogs, scorecards, and short lists of suppliers.
- Supplier and Risk Management:
- Drive SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) with key Zone suppliers.
- Support the rollout of major projects in the entities in coordination with theinvolved Zone suppliers.
- Pay close attention to risk management linked to the category.
- Contribution to Sourcing Transformation Projects:
- Actively contribute to framing the Zone's sourcing transformation projects.
- Contribute to framing the Zone's priorities and to cross-category projects.

- L4TF (L'Oréal for the Future) trajectory in POS materials.
- Performance delivered vs. Budget.
- Implementation of the Simplicity² program.
- Risk management.
YOUR KEY PARTNERS & STAKEHOLDERS
- Internal: Entities' Retail & Promo buyers, other Zone Category Directors, Global Category Director, Division leaders, L4TF teams, HR teams.
- External: Key Suppliers.

- Functional Skills: Strong experience in sourcing strategies, stakeholder management, and economic sensitivity. A simplification mindset is key.

- Languages: English fluency is mandatory.
