Les missions du poste
Reporting to the Director of Pharmaceutical Development, you will drive the strategy and operational management of a global product portfolio sourced from three strategic suppliers. Acting as a key interface between the supplier and internal teams (R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Sales), you ensure portfolio performance, strategic alignment, and growth.
Your responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the product portfolio: monitor performance, lifecycle management, innovation, and alignment with company strategy.
Develop supplier relationships: negotiate, coordinate technical projects, conduct performance reviews, and foster long-term partnerships.
Ensure internal coordination: manage product availability, compliance, technical support, and smooth communication with teams.
Contribute to strategic monitoring: analyze the market, regulatory trends, and growth or rationalization opportunities.
Support forecasting and supply chain: ensure supply continuity and anticipate risks.
With a Master's degree in a scientific field, engineering, or pharmacy, you have a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales/marketing with a supplier or distributor of pharmaceutical excipients.
You are willing to travel across Europe.
You are fluent in English.
You possess strategic and analytical vision, cross-functional leadership, strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, a business- and client-oriented mindset, and excellent organizational skills.
