General Accounting Manager M - F 1 H/F Bouygues Construction

Based at the headquarters in Guyancourt, you will join the Accounting Department of Bouygues Bâtiment International and contribute to the development of various projects.

In this context, your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing coordination and support to foreign subsidiaries, including travel when necessary, and creating Power BI reports for account analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting procedures and contributing to the implementation of best practices and the optimization of financial processes, in line with Group standards.
- Getting familiar with and trained on the Edifice software (SAP).
- Participating in the review and financial analysis of quarterly consolidated accounts.
- Analyzing the aged trial balance to monitor outstanding amounts and anticipate payment delays.
- Contributing to the preparation of the transfer pricing declaration.
- Supporting internal control activities during international assignments.

Could this be you?

- You hold a DSCG (Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et de Gestion) or a Master's degree in accounting, and you have a strong interest in the construction sector.
- You have solid knowledge of control standards and regulatory requirements, particularly IFRS.
- You demonstrate rigor, attentiveness, observation skills, and organization, along with strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Teamwork is a key strength for you in achieving your goals, and you are adaptable to change.
- You are impartial and possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Depending on the context, you can adopt a multicultural approach and show availability.
- You are proficient in office tools and comfortable using data analysis tools.
- As part of an international company, fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in an additional language is a plus.

The position is based at Bouygues Bâtiment International headquarters (Challenger - Guyancourt 78). As part of this assignment, you will be required to travel to our various locations around the world.
