We are seeking a highly motivated Strategy Analyst to join our Strategy and Transformation team within the Group's General Management. Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Transformation, you will support the Executive Committee and their teams in evaluating and executing growth initiatives and transformation projects.

The tasks awaiting you:

- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and financial modelling across various business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform analyses and develop actionable recommendations.
- Develop action plans based on your insights and findings.

About you :

- 1 to 3 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles.
- Graduate with a degree from a top-tier business or engineering school.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to conceptualise and solve complex problems.
- Autonomous, tenacious, and eager to grow in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in professional English.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBI) is a plus!
