Clinical Research Volunteer And Patient Recruiter H/F Biotrial

Qualifications

- Associate degree in a scientific, healthcare, or administrative field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in patient recruitment, clinical research, community outreach, or customer relations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret clinical protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional telephone etiquette.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access); familiarity with recruitment databases or CRM platforms preferred.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
