Your Responsibilities

- Assist Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer requests
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer support
- Follow internal processes to manage sensitive data (training provided)
- Collaborate with your team and contribute to a positive work environment

Your Profile

- Danish (fluent) + English (C1)
- At least 1 year experience in a call center or customer service role
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and adaptable
- Tech-savvy, able to navigate multiple systems with ease
