Profil recherché

- Diploma: Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent Bac +5 CS diploma.
- Experience: 6+ years of developer experience in a SaaS project using React.JS & other mainstream frameworks. Experience building a similar project in a startup is a big plus.
- Leadership & and communication skills: This job requires you to manage & guide team members whilst also communicating with other teams. We are looking for someone with at least one experience leading other teams.
- Agility in a Fast-Paced Environment: Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
- Collaborative Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Tech, and senior management.
- Project management : Strong business sense, with a data-centric mindset and an adaptive approach.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: Identify high level issues & Act as the go-to person for solving complex technical problems that arise during development.
