Your Mission

- Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture aligned with business goals and technical best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into robust Salesforce solutions.
- Define system architecture, data models, and integration strategies.
- Guide development teams in implementing scalable and maintainable Salesforce configurations.
- Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead solution reviews, provide technical mentorship, and ensure architectural consistency across projects and proposals.
- Stay current with Salesforce innovations and recommend enhancements to improve business outcomes.

Le profil recherché

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar senior technical role.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) and platform capabilities. Knowledge and experience with Public Sector Solutions, Manufacturing Cloud and Financial Services Cloud are a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party systems.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English. A good level of French is a plus.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are highly valued.
