Junior IT Systems Administrator H/F PSI CRO

We are looking for professional, qualified and enthusiastic candidates to take up a full-time position of a Junior IT Systems Administrator to provide daily technical support.

This is an office based position

The scope of responsibilities will include:

- Supervised responsibility for troubleshooting and diagnosing desktop computer systems and peripheral equipment problems
- Supervised responsibility for IT support operations, including but not limited to receiving and tracking user requests, assigning priority and responsible persons, resolving requests and users' notification
- Shared responsibility for installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrades of desktop computer systems and peripherals (e.g., network cards, printers, modems, mice, add-in boards, copiers, etc.)
- Supervised responsibility for asset management of desktop computer systems (hardware and software inventories, licensing, systems decommissioning, etc.)
- Is responsible for documentation of system problems and resolutions
- Assists with providing basic IT training to PSI staff, at the discretion of Training & Resourcing
