We are seeking a highly experienced Senior or Principal Scientist to join our Biotransformation & Biodistribution Team within the Global DMPK Department. You will play a key role in designing, conducting, and reporting preclinical and clinical biotransformation studies, driving the successful development of drug candidates to patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute biotransformation studies to support drug development.
- Characterize metabolites using advanced analytical techniques (LC-HRMS/MS, LC-Rad).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (chemistry, pharmacology, toxicology, regulatory).
- Interpret and present results, ensuring scientific excellence.
- Mentor junior scientists and foster an innovative research culture.
- Contribute to publications, patents, and regulatory submissions.

Profile

- PhD in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in drug metabolism/biotransformation.
- Proven track record in late discovery and development, including clinical samples.
- Expertise in enzymology, metabolic pathways, and advanced analytics.
- Experience with µdose/µtracer AMS studies is a plus.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
