Engineering Manager - Trust & Safety All Genders H/F Dailymotion

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead, ideally in a high-traffic tech environment (social media, video platforms, etc.).
- Strong back-end foundation, with a solid understanding of front-end considerations and internal UX.
- Comfortable leveraging generative AI tools throughout the development lifecycle (detection, automation, code assistance, etc.).
- Pragmatic, impact- and solutions-oriented mindset, able to balance speed, efficiency, and scalability.
- Strong interest in Trust & Safety topics (moderation, ethics, compliance, automation, etc.).
- Professional proficiency in French and English.
