IT Enabling Functions Business Partner, Finance
Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and enabling strategic impact through technology? At CCEP, we're looking for a dynamicBusiness Partner for Enabling Functionsto be the bridge between our Finance teams and BPT, helping us unlock the full potential of digital, data, and AI.
This is a high-impact role where you'll be the face of BPT for Enabling Functions-especially Finance-guiding strategy, shaping demand, and delivering value through innovative solutions.
What You'll Be a Part Of
- A trusted advisor to Finance and other enabling functions, influencing BPT strategy and execution.
- End-to-end ownership of BPT engagement with Financial Services, ensuring alignment, compliance, and innovation.
- A collaborative environment where your insights help shape the technology roadmap and drive business transformation.

What You'll Do
- Strategic Partnering:Build strong relationships with Finance leaders, translating business needs into actionable BPT strategies.
- Technology Leadership:Define and maintain the IT roadmap for Finance, aligned with CCEP's broader BPT vision.
- Process Ownership:Lead the Financial Services process area, ensuring integration, documentation, and compliance.
- Innovation Enablement:Advise on emerging technologies and champion the adoption of digital, data, and AI capabilities.
- Demand Shaping:Scope and shape business demand into clear requirements and robust business cases.
- Project Leadership:Own the BPT project lifecycle up to delivery initiation, ensuring readiness and alignment.
- Change Advocacy:Support solution deployment and drive adoption across Finance teams.
- Team Leadership:Help set direction for the Functional Business Partner team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
What You'll Bring
- A university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- 3+ years in senior IT roles with cross-functional and strategic responsibilities.
- Proven ability to build and nurture senior stakeholder relationships.
- Strong understanding of Financial business processes and enabling technologies.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization and navigating complex environments.
- Knowledge of industry trends in Finance IT and familiarity with CCEP's services and products.
- High energy, resilience, and a drive for excellence.
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to translate ideas into business cases and influence change.
