Join Our Team as a Business Analyst - Shape the Future of Payment Issuer Solutions !

The Core Foundation & Integration Tribe (CFI) implements and delivers the Issuing core applications, from Card Issuing lifecycle to Transactions clearing & settlement. With over 150 million cards and 1.16 billion monthly transactions, our platforms operate at the forefront of capacity and performance.

As a Business Analyst, you will integrate into a diverse, agile, and collaborative cross-cultural team consisting of fellow business analysts, tech leads, developers, and testers. You will play a pivotal role by gathering requirements and defining detailed specifications for our development teams, exploring and defining features solutions to drive the product roadmap. You will develop your expertise at the intersection of business and technology and contribute to transformative & customers onboarding projects.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and functional designs.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and technical feasibility.
- Support the configuration, customization, and testing of solutions to meet business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Contribute to project planning, risk management, and timelines to support successful delivery.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet quality standards.

Who Are We Looking For

- Apprentice in the context of a Bachelor's, Master or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Proactive & able to work with autonomy, under the supervision of a senior business analyst.
- Strong analysis capacities and willingness to dive into business processes to translate them into technical requirements.
- Good communication skills in order to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.
- Ability to understand IT systems, software development lifecycle, and technical architecture.
- Knowledge of relevant technologies and platforms related to the organization's domain : Java, SQL, REST API...
- Good communication skills in English; French proficiency is a plus. Any other European language knowledge is welcomed.
